Shipping policy
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Ready-to-Wear items will take 2-3 workdays to be shipped.
Made-to-Order items will take 10-21 workdays to be produced and then shipped.
Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm worldwide and additionally between 9am and 6pm on Saturdays in Lagos, Nigeria only.
As every order is unique, shipping costs will vary depending on the size, weight and destination of your chosen items. Specified shipping times are as follows:
DHL Express International: Most of Europe and North America: delivery within 3-4 workdays from dispatch.
DHL Express International: Rest of the world: delivery within 4-6 work days from dispatch.
Courier Plus: Nigeria only: Delivery within 1 workday from dispatch.
Please keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Make sure you cross-check the total shipping charge at the checkout when you enter your destination country.
We ship to your destination on a DAP (Delivery At Place) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be have to be paid for by you. These import duties charged depend on the regulations in your destination country and also the weight of your order. The duties could range between $1 - $20.
TRACKING ORDERS
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need to verify further information from you. Once your order is approved, it will be processed immediately. You will be updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date once your item is shipped.
